- Preparation depends on at least 30 guests being expected in total; this total may include one or more groups.
- Smaller groups may also participate when the buffet has already been scheduled.

A varied Minas Gerais buffet served every day from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Monday to Friday, except public holidays: all-you-can-eat buffet at R$40.00 per person or pay-by-weight buffet at R$75.00/kg.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: all-you-can-eat buffet at R$50.00 per person; the pay-by-weight option is not available.
- Special terms are available for groups combining Café Colonial and lunch.

Guided tasting
A free guided experience with cheese, sweets, cachaça and other products from Minas Gerais.
- Participation is free and purchase is optional.
- It can be arranged around the itinerary or when the group arrives.
Snack bar
Open every day from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with coffee, pão de queijo, savory snacks, drinks and freshly prepared sandwiches.
