Café Colonial
A breakfast buffet featuring products from Minas Gerais, served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. when scheduled.
- The 30 expected guests are the total for the buffet and may include more than one group; smaller groups can join when it is already scheduled.

Lunch
A varied Minas Gerais buffet served every day from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Weekdays except public holidays: all-you-can-eat at R$40.00 per person or R$75.00/kg. Weekends and public holidays: all-you-can-eat at R$50.00 per person, with no pay-by-weight option.
- Café Colonial plus lunch has special terms on request.

Guided tasting
A guided experience with cheese, sweets, cachaça (Brazilian sugarcane spirit) and other products from Minas Gerais.
- Participation is free, purchases are optional, and the experience can be arranged around the itinerary or on arrival.
Snack bar
Open every day from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with coffee, pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread), savory snacks, drinks and freshly prepared sandwiches.
